Refund & Cancellation Policy

K-Prep may provide access to academic resources, learning tools, and other Platform features through a paid access plan.

The applicable price, access period, features, and other relevant details will be displayed before payment.

K-Prep follows a single platform-access model rather than charging users separately for individual resources.

The access fee supports the operation and maintenance of the K-Prep Platform, including hosting, storage, infrastructure, development, maintenance, and the creation and curation of educational resources.

Users are responsible for reviewing the plan details, included features, access period, and applicable policies before completing a purchase.

Once payment has been successfully completed and access has been activated, the purchase is considered final.

K-Prep does not provide refunds for successfully completed and activated purchases.

This applies even if a user:

• Changes their mind after purchasing
• Decides not to use the Platform
• Uses the Platform less than expected
• No longer requires access
• Does not use all available resources
• Disagrees with the available resources or features after purchase
• Chooses to stop using K-Prep during the purchased access period

Access to individual resources is not separately refundable because resources and features are provided as part of the overall K-Prep Platform access plan.

K-Prep may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform or paid plan without refund if the user violates the K-Prep Terms & Conditions or otherwise engages in prohibited or abusive activity.

Examples may include:

• Sharing or transferring paid account access without authorization
• Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing K-Prep resources
• Downloading or copying substantial portions of the resource library for redistribution
• Attempting to bypass access restrictions
• Scraping or systematically extracting Platform content
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Attempting to compromise Platform security
• Misusing K-Prep services or infrastructure
• Uploading content that knowingly infringes another person's rights
• Any other material violation of the K-Prep Terms & Conditions

Where appropriate, K-Prep may restrict access immediately to protect the Platform, its resources, and other users. Termination or suspension resulting from a violation of the Terms does not create a right to a refund.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase because of a duplicate transaction, please contact K-Prep.

K-Prep may verify the transaction and provide an appropriate resolution where a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed.

If your payment was successfully completed but your paid access was not activated due to a technical issue, please contact K-Prep.

We will verify the transaction and attempt to activate the purchased access.

If K-Prep is unable to provide the purchased access because of a significant issue attributable to K-Prep, an appropriate resolution may be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is automatically refunded by the payment provider, access may not be activated or may be restricted accordingly.

If money has been deducted despite a failed payment, contact K-Prep with the relevant transaction information so that the payment status can be verified.

K-Prep will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical problems affecting paid access.

Users should report significant access or technical problems through the available K-Prep support channels.

Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity problems, device-specific issues, or failures of third-party services do not automatically create a refund entitlement.

K-Prep's standard paid access plan does not provide a user-initiated cancellation-for-refund option.

A user may stop using the Platform at any time, but stopping use does not result in a refund for an already completed purchase.

If K-Prep introduces recurring subscriptions or other plans in the future, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be displayed before purchase.

If you believe that a payment was made using your payment method without authorization, contact K-Prep as soon as possible and contact your bank or payment provider where appropriate.

K-Prep may request relevant transaction information to investigate the matter.

K-Prep's standard policy is no refunds for successfully completed and activated purchases.

However, nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy, refund, cancellation right, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires K-Prep to provide a refund or other remedy, K-Prep will comply with the applicable requirement.

The updated policy will generally apply to purchases made after the updated version becomes effective, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
