K-Prep is an independent student-focused educational platform designed to help students discover, organize, and access academic resources, study materials, learning tools, and other educational services.

K-Prep may provide resources relevant to particular universities, institutions, courses, subjects, or academic programs. Unless expressly stated otherwise, K-Prep is an independent platform and should not be interpreted as being officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any university, institution, faculty member, or other organization.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using a K-Prep account.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• The information provided by you is accurate and current.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You will not knowingly provide false or misleading information.
• You will use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

If you are using K-Prep on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Certain features of K-Prep may require registration or authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activity carried out through your account.

K-Prep may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Unauthorized access or account sharing
• Abuse or misuse of the Platform
• Attempts to circumvent access restrictions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Activity that may harm the Platform, its users, or its infrastructure

Where appropriate, K-Prep may provide notice before restricting access. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, content, systems, or the integrity of the Platform.

K-Prep may offer certain resources and features through a paid access plan.

The applicable price, duration, features, and other conditions of a plan will be displayed before payment.

K-Prep's access plans are designed to provide access to the Platform and its available resources and features under a single plan rather than charging users individually for each resource.

The access fee helps support the operation and maintenance of K-Prep, including hosting, storage, infrastructure, development, maintenance, and the creation and curation of educational resources.

Payment does not transfer ownership of any K-Prep or third-party content to the user.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By initiating a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

K-Prep does not store complete payment card information unless expressly stated and lawfully permitted.

If a payment is successfully completed but access is not activated due to a technical issue, you may contact K-Prep for assistance.

K-Prep's refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

Users should review the applicable plan details and refund terms before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law, paid access is generally non-refundable once access has been successfully activated.

K-Prep may provide a variety of educational resources, including but not limited to:

• Notes
• Handwritten study material
• Previous-year question papers
• Question analysis
• Important-question collections
• Cheat sheets
• Study guides
• Solutions and explanations
• Faculty- or contributor-provided material
• Academic presentations
• Videos and other learning resources

The Platform may contain both K-Prep-created content and material originating from or contributed by students, faculty, academic sources, universities, and other third parties. Additional information regarding ownership, attribution, third-party content, and copyright concerns is provided in the Content & Copyright Policy.

K-Prep retains the applicable rights in content independently created by K-Prep, including original notes, explanations, cheat sheets, solutions, study guides, question analysis, designs, software, branding, graphics, and other original materials.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

Unless expressly permitted by K-Prep or the applicable rights holder, users may not:

• Reproduce K-Prep's original content
• Republish or redistribute K-Prep resources
• Sell or commercially exploit K-Prep content
• Upload K-Prep content to another platform
• Create a competing content library using K-Prep resources
• Remove applicable copyright or attribution notices

Resources provided through K-Prep are intended primarily for personal academic and educational use.

Users may access and use resources available to them through their authorized account for their own learning.

Unless expressly authorized, users must not systematically download, copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, resell, publicly publish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the K-Prep resource library.

K-Prep may allow users or contributors to submit academic resources or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:

• You have the necessary rights or authorization to submit the material.
• Your submission does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property rights.
• The information you provide about the material is accurate.
• You understand that K-Prep may review, organize, store, display, and make the submitted content available through the Platform as permitted by the applicable submission terms.

K-Prep may request additional information regarding submitted material and may restrict or remove content where appropriate.

You agree not to use K-Prep to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Circumvent authentication, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
• Share accounts or paid access in a manner that violates the applicable plan.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or systematically extract substantial Platform content without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise Platform security.
• Introduce malicious software, code, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the Platform.
• Use automated methods to abuse APIs, servers, storage, or other infrastructure.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with K-Prep, a university, faculty member, or another organization.
• Use K-Prep resources to create a competing commercial resource repository without authorization.

K-Prep may use or integrate third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, communications, storage, video, maps, or other functionality.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

K-Prep is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, or practices of third-party services outside K-Prep's control.

K-Prep aims to provide a reliable and accessible Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

• Available without interruption
• Free from errors
• Free from temporary outages
• Compatible with every device or software configuration
• Free from delays or technical limitations

Maintenance, infrastructure problems, third-party service interruptions, security events, network failures, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability. K-Prep may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features of the Platform when reasonably necessary.

K-Prep provides educational resources for learning and preparation.

K-Prep does not guarantee:

• Examination results
• Academic grades
• Placement outcomes
• Admission outcomes
• Eligibility for any academic program
• Accuracy or completeness of every third-party resource

Students should verify important academic information with their relevant university, faculty, course instructor, or official source where appropriate.

K-Prep makes reasonable efforts to organize and maintain its resources.

However, academic syllabi, examination patterns, schedules, regulations, course requirements, and other academic information may change.

Users should verify time-sensitive or official information with the relevant official source.

If you identify an error or outdated resource, you can report it through the K-Prep Feedback system.

Please provide enough information for K-Prep to identify the material and understand the nature of the concern. K-Prep may review, restrict, disable, or remove access to material where appropriate. Further information is available in the Content & Copyright Policy.

Your use of K-Prep is also subject to the K-Prep Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how K-Prep may collect, use, store, process, and protect information associated with your use of the Platform.

K-Prep may introduce new features, modify existing features, update resources, change technical implementations, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Where a material change affects paid access, K-Prep may provide appropriate notice where required.

K-Prep may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

K-Prep may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Unauthorized access or distribution
• Security threats
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Conduct that materially harms the Platform or its users

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, K-Prep may provide notice before termination. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, K-Prep will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights resulting from your actions or submitted content.

This provision does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
